2008 International Delirium Congress held last week in Helsinki was a resounding success. Quality lectures were given by a number of international experts. Presentations ranged from the difficulty with animal models to a comparative study of delirium assessment tools in critical care. The keynote lecture topics feature in the September issue of Journal of Psychosomatic research. The 200 delegates came from a number of disciplines and countries including Australia - but next year its in Leeds. Do yourself and your patients a favour be there!
