EDA Survey of Clinical Practice in Delirium

Although there have been many advances in our knowledge of delirium there are still substantial uncertainties and a lack of consensus over best practice. To help understand these issues, the EDA has decided to conduct a survey to help understand the range of opinions among mailing list members on various aspect of delirium care. We greatly appreciate your expertise and we believe that this survey will provide a significant advancement in our understanding of current practice. The findings will be presented at EDA Bielefeld 2012, and submitted for publication in a peer-reviewed journal.

The Spring edition of the Annals of Delirium has just been published and currently still freeeee to read and download from the European Delirium Association website.  It is a quality publication including informative articles on epidemiology, subsyndromal delirium, a descriptive piece of what can be accomplished with the ward environment with accompanying photographs and a lot more besides.                                                 For up-to-date news and views read the Annals of Delirium.
